Jamie Oliver crowd sources his menu backs for Perth.

“Help me guys !! What menu back shall I choose for Perth Australia.. I’m at the printers and I just can’t decide I have a favourite but I’m not saying what do u think the Aussies will like?? Big love peeps #jamie xxxxxx”

This only works because he has an engaged audience; ie he engages with them and he knows that they are a great representation of his audience, therefore he can ask the question and will use the answer in his business.
