Great customer feedback on the Zappos.com wall re their app: “Finally a retailer gets an app right! the Zappos app for iPhone is outstanding! I can actually use it to do everything I can do on the website without any hassle. I was able to place an order for 2 pairs of shoes in about 5 seconds flat (I already knew what I wanted and had them in my cart). I get so tired of all these stores that want you to use their app, but they can’t make it to where it’s actually useful. Thank you!”
