CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a replacement or transfer your attendance to the next seminar session.  You will only be able to transfer once.

If you re unable to attend and send a replacement, a full refund, less $15.00 admin charge (incl GST) per person per seminar, for cancellations received 21 days before the seminar, in writing.

Regrettably no refunds can be made less than 7 days before the seminar.
